Trump challenger Joe Walsh doesn’t mince his words.
At a conference in New York on Thursday, he told CNN’s Gloria Borger that if Sen. John McCain were alive today, “he’d be slapping Lindsey Graham upside the head.”
That wasn’t all he said. “Shame on Lindsey Graham,” he added.
“There are so many Republicans in the House and the Senate who have sold their soul to this President. Lindsey is just one of them,” he said to the CNN reporter.
Republican officials across the country are changing the rules to stop any challengers to President Trump in the GOP.
GOP party leaders in Michigan, Arizona, Kansas, Nevada, and South Carolina have denied Republican voters an opportunity to have their voices heard in the 2020 primary, say critics.
